At Venus every plan starts with listening: what bothers you, what you have tried, and what your week looks like after the visit. We would rather pause a session than push a protocol that does not fit your skin or schedule. Bring photos of products you use, a list of medicines, and any recent clinic treatments so the assessment is accurate. If another menu item is a better first step, we will say so plainly and link you there — including medical-aesthetics options when a doctor should lead. You can always call the clinic after you go home if aftercare questions come up; clear communication is part of the visit, not an extra.
